Flyer for 2026 C.A.T. Kickoff Rally event with date, location, and time details. Emphasizes community, academics, and tradition.

The countdown to the 2026-2027 school year has officially begun at Goddard Public Schools (USD 265), and the district is excited to welcome both returning students and those stepping into a Goddard classroom for the very first time.

USD 265 maintains a longstanding tradition of academic excellence, schools that have a family feel, and a community that feels like home. Official enrollment for NEW students (for the 2026-2027 school year) will open online Friday, April 10th, 2026. This provides parents with all the necessary guides, information, and forms to secure their child(ren)'s spot before the first day of school on Monday, August 10th, 2026.

Getting Ready to Enroll

To complete the online enrollment process smoothly, the district reminds families to gather required documents ahead of time. You will need to provide proof of residency, a physical, a certificate of immunizations, and a birth certificate. If you need any assistance during the enrollment process, please email enrollment@goddardusd.com or call 316.794.4000.

Early Learning Opportunities

For the district's youngest future learners, USD 265 Parents as Teachers (PAT) program could be just the ticket. PAT is a completely free, parent education and family support program that serves families from pregnancy until the child is ready for kindergarten. Participation is based on availability, so families are encouraged to contact PAT Program Coordinator Charity Warden at 316-794-4057 or cwarden@goddardusd.com to learn more. For other early learning questions, families can contact  Scott May at 316.794.4000 or scottmay@goddardusd.com.
